Hi there. I bought the iPad version and am trying to import four tiers (levels) of capabilities.

Min the future I will need to import six or more tiers.

How do you import more than the three levels that come in your sample import spreadsheet?

I added a Level 4 Name and Description and they failed to import, however, the first three levels imported just fine.

How do I import additional Tiers (Levels) over the sample 4 levels? This is critical. Three tiers is not useable for anything other than very small organizations.
